From theatrical roots as well as his background in community service, Javlin wanted to apply both together into the service of entertainment. Whether it’s to encourage imagination or to tell a story, he strives to create for a cause. He pursued and achieved his BA in Cinematic & Television Arts, as well as a Minor in Advertising Media from Cal State Fullerton, and has only continued to further his creative passions around Southern California.

He began acting at the age of 8 in stage productions and continued theatre well until high school, where he also discovered a talent for filmmaking.

In 2013, he studied Acting for Stage & Screen for a month at the University of Notre Dame. He starred in 2 short films, Play Like a Champion Today & Timothy, which premiered at the Browning Cinema in The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.

His 2014 short film, Jeffrey, won first place at regional and state level competitions, eventually placing second at the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In 2015, he entered & placed as one of three finalists in the #NoBeatJustBars competition hosted by San Francisco-based music label Richland Records & performed live at the Hip Hop Symposium.

That year he also joined Titan Communications, excelling into the roles of camera operator, teleprompter, floor manager, graphics creator/operator, and technical director. He earned the position as Chief Television Editor overseeing all media productions, while simultaneously working as Director of Photography for WAVE-award winning Titan Radio Live! for talented local bands such as EMÆL & Thrift. By graduation he had shot and edited over 170 episodes.

In 2017 he joined Vox Pop Films in DTLA, where he assisted with advertisement graphic design & pre-production, as well as PA on set of The Human Trial documentary.

He also worked on the short film Consequence as its editor, assistant camera, DIT, colorist, title/credit sequence animator, and acted in the short film Vultures, which both premiered at the 2018 Newport Beach Film Festival.

Javlin has shot clothing lines, startups, and corporate institutions, including LPDT Movement, MixMeTea, and Santiago Financial Inc, as well as artists like Omarion, Daniel Caesar, & BTO Collective members.

Javlin has performed across California at music festivals & nightlife events in Berkeley, Riverside, Long Beach, & Los Angeles as a music artist and is continues to freelance as a visual media creative.

He began working with Apple in 2018, started working Ostrich Farm Studios in 2019, and also joined POPeye Media in 2020!
